Bring water and comfortable workout clothes. If you have boxing gloves, bring them. If not, we can help you get set up with gloves before class.
CKO is a bag-based cardio kickboxing workout. You’ll learn real punches and kicks on a heavy bag mixed with calisthenics, but the class is designed for fitness, stress relief, conditioning, and results — not fighting or sparring.
The workout is challenging, but you control your pace. Beginners, returning members, and experienced athletes can all take the same class because you can modify the intensity to match your fitness level.
